Dear Valued Members,

Please be advised that further to the Government’s pronouncements made on Saturday, 15th August, 2020 regarding the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases; and the preventative measures to be taken effective Monday, 17th August, 2020, the Board of Directors has taken the decision to postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM) carded for Sunday, 23rd August, 2020 to Sunday, 30th August, 2020.


The Board is at this time making arrangements for a Virtual Meeting with digital presentations and voting.  Further details will follow.


Members may continue to access the Digital AGM Brochure via TATECO’s website at www.tatecocu.com at their convenience.


Pre-Registration and submission of questions will continue via e-mail at trinidadagmregistration@tatecocu.com or  drop-box located at TATECO’s offices until 28th August, 2020.  When registering you are kindly asked to provide your name, an email address, a valid mobile number and your TATECO Account Number if known, for ease of communication.


All members are reminded that it is your right to vote but we urge you to pre-register on or before the deadline of 28th August, 2020.


The Board of Directors ask that Members continue to monitor the developments from official sources as they unfold and take the necessary precautions to safeguard themselves and those under their care.
