Gerald Major SEA Awards 2013

All members with an active membership of over six months who wrote the 2013 Secondary Entrance Assesment Examination are kindly asked to register on the prescribed form for the Gerald Major SEA Awards at our Credit Union offices.
The completed application form must be accompanied by documentation such as:
- The Secondary Entrance Assessment slip
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate or an affidavit, or adoption under a deed poll where necessary
The deadline date for registration is 31st July, 2013. Late applications will not be accepted.
